Important information about warranty and service repairs
We are offering repairs for watches that were purchased from us or our authorized retailers only. Watches that were purchased from other channels or sources cannot be serviced. We therefore kindly ask to refrain from inquiries concerning third party repairs.
Dear customers,
Dear customers, we have been receiving many inquiries concerning repairs which are not warranty cases. Therefore, we decided to provide a rough overview of our services and prices. If you cannot find your desired service or have a different inquiry, please get in touch with us. Depending on availability of spare parts and/or technical viability, we will do our best to serve your needs. A free cost estimate is part of our customer service. We will send you a quotation after your watch has been examined by an experienced watchmaker in our company.
We only provide services for Vostok Europe, Sturmanskie, partly for Aviator, Aviator Swiss, Buran and Buran SA. Other manufacturers and brands are not served.
Before sending in any watch please contact us! Not doing so will result in a more difficult execution of your order and most likely unnecessary cost for you - for instance if a repair cannot be performed (due to missing parts, not supported watches etc.)
Do not send us any carriage forward packages. We will decline acceptance and the parcel might be destroyed and not be sent back by the carrier as no freight was paid.

Important information about parcel carrier DPD
We kindly ask you not to use DPD when addressing parcels to our office. The delivery agents leave parcels on the sidewalk at our premisses without notice. For this reason some packages were lost/stolen or soaked by rain in recent weeks. We are in consultation with DPD but until this incidents can be prevented please use any other parcel service when sending in packets.
Warranty and repairs
We provide a 2-year warranty on every sold watch by us or our authorized retailers. The warranty covers the movement of a watch and its function.
According to official manufacturer's documentation, warranty does not cover:
- Watch glass/crystals
- Straps/bracelets
- Watch case
- Damages that are results of users' negligence (e.g. lose hands because the watch was dropped to the ground)
- Damages that occurred from water leaks
- Watches that have been opened by an unauthorized person before
Repair time
As the official German distributor for brands such as Vostok Europe and Sturmanskie we use for our repairs only original high-quality parts provided by the manufacturers directly. Thus, servicing of different watch lines and years of production result in different repair time that you will find in the chart below. Please note: The time refers to the plain time of repair beginning upon receipt of your watch. Additional time has to be added for return shipments.
Payment
The repaired watches will be shipped to you after the service has been fully paid. Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash (pick-up).
Payments on account are not provided for services.
Return shipments and costs
We use DHL parcels for shipments within Germany. For shipments outside of Germany we use various carriers that provide tracking information.
The costs and shipping service depend on the country of destination and will be calculated country of destination, weight and value of the watch but will not be less than 10€. We will inform you about the shipping fees in the free cost estimate you will receive upon examination of the watch at our premises.
Apply for repair or service
Please get in touch with us and keep your warranty booklet/certificate or purchase receipt ready.
If the product is still under warranty, you bear the costs of shipping to us. We will pay shipping back to you. After the watch has been sent in, an authorized watchmaker will examine it. If the watch has a damage caused by wrong handling and does not fall under warranty, we will contact you as soon as possible. After getting in touch with us, please fill in our service form and send it together with the watch. We would appreciate if you could send us your watch without its original watch box (especially dry box) and/or any additional accessories.
To process your service request in the most effective and fast way, we require:
- The watch itself.
- The filled out service form (see below).
- The warranty booklet with the purchase date and sellers details OR, alternatively, a copy of the purchase invoice.

- Working time for the removal of the movement.

- Adjustment of the accuracy.
- Return shipment costs within Germany.
- German VAT. We do not charge VAT on invoices for shipments that are sent outside of the European Union. If you reside outside the EU, we will deduct the VAT.
The replacement of the movement or case does not include:
- With movement replacement: new glass is not included in the price.
- Cleansing or polishing of the case, strap/bracelet or buckle.
- Shipping fees for parcels departing outside of Germany. The shipping fees depend on the country of destination and start at 10€.

This package does not include:
- Replacement of any other parts in the movement, the case or the dial.
- Replacement of the case.
